Bayswood Boarding House
VM supported residents of Bayswood in objecting to a boarding house development application
In April 2020 Shoalhaven Council received a Development Application regarding a Change of Use from a dwelling and secondary dwelling to a 6-bedroom Boarding House in Bayswood.

A concerned resident of Bayswood reached out to Vincentia Matters seeking our support. We contacted council for further information and subsequently made a submission. We also wrote to all Councillors.
Vincentia Matters alerted the community and shared our concerns via our facebook page
Shoalhaven City Council formally refused the application on 24 November 2020.
